Donna and Adam got married in the south of France, in the Dordogne, in a small village called Siorac-en-Périgord. It’s not every week you get to pack a camera and head somewhere like that for a wedding. Rolling countryside, stone buildings that have been standing for centuries, and light in the evening that you don’t often get back home.
Filming a wedding abroad brings its own challenges. New venue, no dry run, working around a schedule that’s had to account for flights and travel days. But it’s also one of the best jobs going, and Donna and Adam’s day was a genuine highlight. Relaxed, warm, full of family who’d made the trip out, with the Dordogne countryside doing a lot of the heavy lifting in the background.
